Advise clients on the unique risks (e.g., FTC endorsement guidelines) and significant opportunities (e.g., better - and more directly connecting the most relevant consumers) associated with content and data driven media
Guide clients on use, ownership and security surrounding data - and shared use of data - in the marketplace where agencies, clients, publishers, programmatic platforms, and others in the supply chain use and benefit from data derived from campaigns

Provide guidance on how to navigate the transparency issue while also benefiting from non-transparency
Construct business deal structures and how to leverage what is important and must be not be overlooked
Create processes and guidelines to structure the client's organization/back office to leverage trading and other digital opportunities
Provide strategic advisory and consultative services (from "back office" to "active participant") to support and drive negotiations, implement goals and monitor performance and KPIs between vendors, agencies and advertisers
