Rather, our CEO, Andrew Elman, brings 30 years of relevant legal and business experience, including 15 years as a leading in-house attorney in the digital, media, creative and marketing industry, to solve our clients' problems. In addition, our growing list of DMCT advisors includes a worldwide performance agency CFO, an agency president, a lead audience measurement attorney, and others with significant practical experience in transparency, all things digital, data and analytics, audience targeting and segmentation, content, attribution, privacy, traditional media planning and buying, and financial, operational and legal operations.

After 15 years as a trial attorney - including a stint as a partner in a well-known New York/New Jersey law firm - Andy decided to leave the glamour of trial work to others, and joined his then client, Zenith Media, as its first General Counsel.
During his 15 year tenure with Publicis Groupe companies, Andy has had the unique ability to observe the complete - and continuing - transformation of an industry that was once derided as "spots and dots" to one that now is known for its complexity and for encompassing every data, technology, media type, content integration and distribution, and hyper-segmentation of audiences that can be imagined.
